Just click the links and they'll open in your Windows Media Player.

Linux users:
Download and install MPlayer and codecs, save the files as .asx or .asf. Works well for me under Slackware.

As for the links to the Torrent site.. As long as you don't run the .torrent files and download its files, you'll be all right.
